ASPINALL STREET

The site is a small infill plot in a street of terrace houses. The scheme is for two semi detached houses on three levels with integral car parking at street level. The new building match the existing houses in height and form a seamless extension to the existing street morphology. Large gardens

are formed at the rear where there is a garden room with bi-fold doors allowing easy access to the garden. A flat roof is provided to allow a minimisation of the impact of the proposal and also to allow PV cells to be fitted thereby providing electrical power to the two houses.
