This prestigious landmark building for an expanding company provides 850 m2 of office accommodation within a two storey steel framed construction. The building is located directly adjacent to Rochdale Canal, optimising views along the water and to the hills beyond. The building received the Rochdale Civic Society Design Award, as well as the RIBA Regional Award for Commercial Architecture.
